This is a customer summary of our Master Universal Client Agreement, Version 1.0, effective 6 September 2026. We share the agreement and your written project confirmation before the advance. A specific agreed project term takes priority over the standard terms below.
Your written project confirmation
Before you confirm, it will identify the features, pages or screens, platform and installation method, total price, payment schedule, timeline, deliverables, source-code inclusion and any special terms. Only the written scope is included.
Quotes and payment
Displayed prices are starting prices. Unless quoted differently, payment is 50% advance and 50% after final testing and approval, before final handover. Development starts after written scope approval, the required advance and essential content or access are received.
Delivery
Simple personalised websites usually take 2–4 days after the required content is received. Business websites, apps and complex work have a separate estimate based on scope. Customer delays, scope changes and external approvals can affect the timeline.
Preview and revisions
You receive a testing and preview opportunity. Our standard agreement includes two rounds of minor revisions unless your project confirmation says otherwise. Each round is one consolidated list of small corrections. New features, additional platforms and major redesigns are quoted separately.
30 days of free bug-fixing support
Unless agreed differently in writing, free bug-fixing support lasts 30 calendar days after final delivery. It covers reproducible technical defects in the agreed scope delivered by Foreverly Agency.
It does not cover new features, redesigns, content updates, training, third-party policy or API changes, future operating-system changes, hosting issues outside our control, or changes made by another developer. Ongoing maintenance, backups and future upgrades need a separate written plan.
Your data and source code
Your business records, customer records, uploaded files and supplied content remain your property. Source code is provided only when the project confirmation explicitly states “Source Code Included”. After full payment, you receive the agreed rights to the custom deliverables, subject to third-party licences. Our pre-existing tools, reusable components and templates remain ours.
Hosting, domains, renewals and app stores
Domains, hosting, developer accounts, paid services, licences and recurring third-party fees are excluded unless expressly included. Your quote identifies included services and known renewal costs or billing arrangements. Where practical, important third-party accounts should be owned or controlled by you.
App-store submission is included only when written in the confirmation. Store approval and timing are decided by the platform. A web app, an Android APK and an App Store release are different formats; the exact delivery format is agreed first.
Cancellations and refunds
Work already completed is not refundable. If Foreverly cannot deliver the agreed project, the unearned portion of payment will be returned. Any special arrangement is confirmed in writing. The agreement and your approved project confirmation provide the complete project terms.
Customer content
You confirm that you have permission to use the photos, music, names and other material you provide. Illegal, abusive or privacy-invasive content will not be accepted. We do not publish your private project or customer data as portfolio material.
