Information we receive
To discuss or create your project, you may send your name, business details, requirements, target date and contact information through WhatsApp or email. Personalised projects may also involve photos, music choices and messages. We only request information needed to prepare and deliver the agreed project.
Website enquiry form
The form prepares a message in your browser. Choosing WhatsApp or email opens that service with your details so you can review and send them. Please do not include passwords or sensitive records in an initial enquiry.
Invitation Studio previews
Names, event details and messages entered in the Invitation Studio remain in the current page until you choose a contact option or copy your enquiry. Refreshing the page clears the draft. The preview is not published as a website or saved to an account. You can review the enquiry before sending it through WhatsApp or email.
Enquiry action counts
We record daily counts when visitors choose WhatsApp, email or copy their enquiry. These counts contain only the service category, action and date. They do not include your name, enquiry text, contact information, an IP address or a visitor identifier, and do not use tracking cookies. Counts older than 90 days are removed when new actions are recorded. Supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests are respected. Choosing a contact option does not confirm that a message was sent or an order was placed.
How we use it
Your material is used to design, preview, revise and deliver your website or app, and to communicate with you about the order. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing and visibility
Your finished website may be accessible to anyone who has its link. Please do not send sensitive information that should never be shared. We do not publish customer work as a public example without permission.
Storage and removal
Project material may be retained while the order is active and for reasonable support afterwards. You can ask us on WhatsApp to remove supplied material or take down a delivered website, subject to technical and legal requirements.
