How does the business discount work?
The 20% launch discount applies to your first business website, app or software project. The business starting prices shown already include it, rounded to whole rupees. Hosting, domains, app-store fees and paid integrations are quoted separately when required.
What do you need from me?
For a business project, share what your business does, the features you need and your target date. For a personalised gift, share the occasion, names, photos and message. We will guide you on the remaining content.
How long does a project take?
Simple personalised websites usually take 2–4 days after the required content is received. Business websites, apps and custom systems have a separate estimate based on the agreed scope. Tell us your target date before confirming an order.
Can I review it and request changes?
Yes. Our standard agreement includes two minor revision rounds unless your project confirmation says otherwise. New features and major redesigns are quoted separately.
How do payment and delivery work?
A 50% advance normally confirms the order. The remaining payment, delivery format and any hosting or support arrangements are agreed in writing. Read our terms before placing an order. Read project terms.
Will an app work on Android and iPhone?
The supported platform and installation method are confirmed before development. An Android build, an iPhone web app and an App Store release are different deliverables. Store submission, fees and approval are discussed separately when needed.
Are my photos and business details private?
We do not publish your work as a public example without permission. A website may be viewable by anyone who has its link; tell us if you need restricted access. Please do not include passwords or sensitive records in an initial enquiry.
Can I order from outside Pakistan?
Yes. Projects can be discussed remotely in English or Urdu. Personalised packages show separate PKR and USD starting prices; business quotes in your preferred currency are confirmed after we review your requirements.
What support is included after delivery?
Our standard agreement includes 30 calendar days of free bug-fixing support for reproducible defects in the agreed scope after final delivery. New features, redesigns, content changes and third-party changes are separate. A different written project confirmation can specify other terms.
Who owns my data, and will I receive source code?
Your business and customer data remain yours. Source code is provided only when the project confirmation states Source Code Included. Agreed rights to custom deliverables transfer after full payment, subject to third-party licences and reusable components.
